🔌 Electricity Required: A standard 110V household outlet must be within 100 feet of setup location. Generators available for $75 additional cost!

💵 $40 Refundable Deposit Required to secure your reservation (applied toward total balance).

🌱 Setup Area: Must be flat, clear of debris, pet waste, sharp objects, and sprinkler heads.

🚫 No Water Use: This unit is dry only.

🌬 Weather Policy: Cannot be used in high winds, heavy rain, or lightning.

👨‍👩‍👧 Adult supervision is required at all times.

⏰ Balance due at delivery
