I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am renting equipment from Neuse River Ventures and agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that I assume full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period, including its proper use, supervision, and care, and I accept financial responsibility for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

I acknowledge that the use of inflatable and rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards. I understand that these risks may arise from the actions of participants, improper use, equipment malfunction, or other causes. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the equipment, I hereby voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Neuse River Ventures, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, death, or property damage that may be sustained by me or any participant arising from the use of the rented equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that inflatable equipment is weather-dependent. Neuse River Ventures reserves the right to cancel or terminate setup due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or other hazardous conditions. I agree that the equipment must not be used during unsafe weather and will follow all instructions regarding shutdown and deflation if conditions become dangerous.

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor participants using the rented equipment, or that I have obtained permission from their parent or legal guardian. I accept full responsibility for the supervision and safety of all minors and agree to the terms of this agreement on their behalf.

A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit reserves your date and equipment and is applied toward your total balance.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date may reschedule for a future available date within 12 months.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of Neuse River Ventures.

In the event of unsafe weather conditions (including high winds, heavy rain, or lightning), Neuse River Ventures reserves the right to cancel setup for safety reasons. If cancellation occurs due to weather prior to setup, the customer may reschedule or receive a rain check valid for 12 months.

Once equipment has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued.

Equipment Rental Liability Waiver

Neuse River Ventures respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We may collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, event address, and payment information when you request a quote, make a booking, or contact us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Payments may be accepted via cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, or other approved methods. We do not store or retain full payment account details. Electronic payments are processed through third-party payment providers subject to their own privacy and security policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
